Our Quality Guarantee

If you are not happy with any item in your order for any reason,you can return to us within 30 days in the condition you received and we will issue a full refund for the item.

The quality guarantee is not applicable to purchases of our bulk sizes,if you are interested in buying bulk please first order a smaller size for sample.

 

Return conditions

Please return your items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt in the condition in which it arrived.

 

Refunds

A full refund minus shipping costs will be issued upon receipt of the goods providing they are in perfect, saleable, undamaged and unused condition.We will normally process the refunds within few days but incase of busy time please allow for up to 2 weeks to process the refund.Maven Wholefoods cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of a parcel or the contents whilst in transit of a return.

Damaged Orders

Breakage is likely to happen during transit although we do give our best to pack every order with utmost care.

Please refuse the delivery if your goods arrive in a damaged condition, contact us immediately so we can report the damage and resend your order at the earliest.

If unable to refuse the delivery of damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We request for photographic evidence of damaged items or return of the damaged item in order to process refund or replacement.
