Shipping policy
Reputed courier services have been selected to offer our customers quick reliable service at a reasonable cost. All domestic orders are sent by using tracked services of Royal Mail or DPD local services.
Shipping to Mainland UK only (Excluding Northern Islands,Scottish Highlands & Islands)
Standard Service:
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £35.00 (3-4 Working Days)
Standard Delivery on orders under £35.00 ( 3-4 Working Days)
The order should be delivered within 3 working days from the dispatched date. It takes 1-2 working days for the orders to be picked,packed and collected from the Warehouse.
The Standard Delivery Service is not a Guaranteed Service but shipping costs refund will be made if the delay is unreasonable.
Free Shipping:
We will deliver your order Free to all UK Mainland addresses when you spend £35 or more. Please note that this free delivery threshold is subject to change at the discretion of the business. Any orders above 30kg in weight (including packaging) may be subject to additional charges.
Next Day Service:
Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 12pm (Monday -Thursday)
Any Next Day Service orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Free Local Pick-Up:
We offer free pick-up for local customers in our neighbourhood. Orders are available for pick-up within 12 hours after being placed. Please have your order number on hand so we can process your order faster.

International Shipping
Currently Suspended until we can establish the new trading rules.We will be looking to reinstate this service as soon as possible.
Late Deliveries
Maven Wholefoods Ltd cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer refund or be held responsible unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. This law binding contract must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Damages:
Breakage is likely to happen during transit although we do give our best to pack every order with utmost care.
Please refuse the delivery if your goods arrive in a damaged condition. contact us immediately so we can report the damage and resend your order at the earliest.
If unable to refuse the delivery of damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We request for photographic evidence of damaged items or return of the damaged item in order to process refund or replacement.
