This honey is made from the nectar of a blossoming Acacia tree, producing a distinctive honey that is appreciated all around the world.

Acacia produces sweet and pure honey with light, floral flavours. The subtle sweetness makes it a perfect addition to dishes where a delicate and smooth honey flavour is desirable.

As this is a natural product, crystallisation may occur. To return your honey to its runny state, warm the jar or bottle gently in a bowl of warm water until all crystals have disintegrated.
