Oatmeal Raisins Energy Bites

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the dry ingredients—raisins, 1 cup of oats, and cinnamon—until well combined.
  • Add the remaining 1/4 cup of oats, nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is fully combined.
  • -Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm up.
    Once chilled, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. This recipe makes approximately 24 balls.
    Optional: Top with shaved dark chocolate for an extra touch of flavor.
