Effortlessly Easy Buckwheat Pancakes

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Cooking Time: 20 minutes 

Ingredients

  • 300g Buckwheat Flour 
  • 2 eggs or egg replacer eg. Aquafaba 
  • 30g Sunflower Oil 
  • 200ml dairy free milk 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 

Directions

  1. Mix flour, eggs or egg replacer, milk, baking soda, pinch of salt in a large bowl and Mix until the batter becomes smooth.
  2. Add oil and mix everything together 
  3. Fry in a hot pan. Make sure to fry on both sides around 2-3 minutes or until  golden brown. 
  4. Stack pancakes on a plate covering with a towel to keep warm. 
  5. Serve with toppings of your choice. Such as almonds, nuts, seeds, maple syrup, almond butter or peanut butter.
