How to make them
- Add the pitted Medjool dates to a food processor and blitz until they form a sticky paste — about 30–45 seconds.
- Add the almond butter and pulse again until fully combined into a thick, caramel-like dough.
- Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Fold in the chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and sunflower seed using a spatula or clean hands.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter. Place on a lined tray or plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
