Tapioca Flour Flatbread

Serves: 3 - 4 people
Ingredients:
- 150g Tapioca Flour
- 50g Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 255ml water
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Method:
- Warm a skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flours and salt, then make a well in the center.
- Pour the oil and water into the well and whisk gradually to create a smooth batter.
- Stir in the toasted hemp seeds.
- Once the skillet is hot, spoon in about a quarter of the batter and spread it into a circle or oval shape.
- Cook until the surface looks dry, then flip and cook the other side until lightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve straight away while warm.
