Gluten-Free Crackers Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes (baking time may vary)

Servings: Approximately 30-40 crackers

Ingredients:

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, ground flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms. If the dough seems too dry, you can add a bit more water (one tablespoon at a time).
  • Add smoked paprika, or cayenne pepper for extra flavour. Mix evenly.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired thickness. (Thinner crackers will be crispier).
  • Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut the rolled-out dough into square or rectangular shapes.
  • Carefully transfer the cut crackers to the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet. They will continue to firm up as they cool.
  • Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines.
  • Serve these gluten-free seed crackers with your favourite dips, and cheeses, or enjoy them on their own!

Storage tip: Store the crackers in an airtight container once cooled to maintain their crispness.
