Vegan Yogurt Bowl with muesli & omega mix
Ingredients (1 serving):
* 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond yogurt
* ½ cup muesli (choose a low-sugar or homemade version)
* 1 tbsp chia seeds
* 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (omega boost)
* ½ banana, sliced
* A handful of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
* 1 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional)
* Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add yogurt to a bowl.
2. Top with muesli evenly.
3. Sprinkle chia seeds, flaxseed, and hemp seeds over the top.
4. Arrange sliced banana and berries.
5. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
6. Finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
Optional Add-Ins:
* Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
* Coconut flakes
* A spoon of nut butter
* Diced apple or pear
Ready to eat immediately. This provides healthy fats, fibre, and plant protein.
