Cassava Flour Pasta Dough

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 large Egg(s)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2+ tablespoons Chicken Bone Broth or water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour and salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Add the eggs, oil, and broth to the dry ingredients, then mix and knead until a smooth dough forms. Using a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook is recommended for ease.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can refrigerate the dough for up to 24 hours before rolling it out.
- Roll the dough into your desired shape for pasta, noodles, ravioli, manicotti, or lasagna, just as you would with any fresh pasta dough.
- Cook the fresh pasta in salted boiling water for approximately 5 minutes, or until tender. Drain and serve immediately with your favorite sauce or add it to soups.
