Spelt Flake Cereal Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of wholegrain spelt flakes
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of mixed spice
- 1 cup of cleaned, hulled smaller strawberries, left whole
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Instruction:
- Combine spelt flakes, almond milk, mixed spice, chia seeds, and strawberries in a pot.
- Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Simmer on low heat for 12-15 minutes until the spelt flakes are soft.
- Taste carefully, then drizzle agave syrup and mix.
- Ladle into two bowls and enjoy immediately.
