- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Chia Seeds and Flaxseeds

- Blend the cranberries, Greek yogurt, cranberry juice, orange juice, ripe banana, chia seeds and honey.
- For a colder and thicker smoothie, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender.

- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness to your liking by adding more honey or juice if necessary.
