Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghourt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey 
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Chia Seeds and Flaxseeds

Instructions:

  1. Blend the cranberries, Greek yogurt, cranberry juice, orange juice, ripe banana, chia seeds and honey. 
  2. For a colder and thicker smoothie, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender. 
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well combined. 
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or tartness to your liking by adding more honey or juice if necessary. 
  5. You can garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of colour and freshness.
